1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Bloxig ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users including free and paid subscribers.

2. Description of Service

Bloxig is a SaaS platform that allows users to export Figma designs as structured JSON and import them as native Roblox GUI elements. The Service includes a Figma plugin, a Roblox Studio plugin, a web dashboard, and a project storage system.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Free and Paid Plans

Bloxig offers a free tier limited to 3 active projects. Paid plans (Pro and Pro Plus) provide additional features as described on the pricing page. Paid plan features are subject to change with reasonable notice. Lifetime plans ("Pro Plus") grant access to features available at the time of purchase and future updates at our discretion.

5. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed securely via Lemon Squeezy. Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance and may be cancelled at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. Lifetime purchases are non-refundable after 7 days.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload malicious code or content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or scrape the Service
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others

7. Intellectual Property

Bloxig and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the Bloxig team and are protected by international copyright laws. Your Figma designs and Roblox projects remain your own property. We do not claim ownership over content you export or import through the Service.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be pixel-perfect in all cases. Figma and Roblox are third-party platforms — we are not affiliated with Figma Inc. or Roblox Corporation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bloxig shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or profits.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a notice on the dashboard. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
